We apply for hundred's of offer letters from Alabama open throughout the year. One could have your name on it. These are all for Tax Deed and Tax Lien properties (lien is at least 2-3 years old). Typical properties are a 3-1/2-1 in a $400-$800 rent area. Tax lien amounts vary but are generally in the $1,000-$3,000 range for properties with tax appraisal values of around $30,000 - $55,000. Several are vacant with potential to rent after you receive the deed (takes about 6 weeks).

You pay the lien amount up front and an additional $1,000 when we deliver the deed in your name.
